Heidi, Founder of Function & Flow Consulting, brings over 10 years of experience in the property management industry, working with new developments, lease-ups, and stabilized communities.

Throughout her career, she has had a front-row view of what happens after construction wraps — where many properties begin to face preventable operational challenges. She has seen how small oversights during and post-construction can evolve into costly inefficiencies, ongoing maintenance issues, and gaps in the resident experience. This hands-on experience shaped the foundation of Function & Flow: helping owners and teams identify risks early, strengthen systems, and implement preventative operational strategies before problems scale.
